WELCOME TO CAMP, HOLE!

8:45 and Frogbat

What does camp got?

  • We have a 40’x70’ shade structure for tents that fit within the 10’ poles of the structure. (This is most tents, but check yours.)

For sleeping structures larger than this, there will be camping area outside of this shade structure.

Generally these folks create some kind of shade between their larger tents

Please add your tent size here: Campers

  • We have a 40’x50’ shade structure for our public lounge. Here we host daily events and serve as an open lounge at all hours for folks to stumble in and out of

It is everyone’s mutual responsibility to regularly tidy up this space

  • We have a shade structure for our shared camp kitchen. The kitchen includes:

    • 2 burner/flat-top gas stove

    • Shared freezer for camp meals only

    • Sink and 55G barrel for sink water

    • 55G barrel for grey water

All camp meals will be added to freezer and it will only be opened when it is time to get the next meal out.

Personal coolers + water can also be stored in this space.

  • We have a shade structure for a non-public camp bar. This is stocked with enough liquor, mixers, and ice for everyone for the week

Some CCB (cold, cheap beers) included as well

Anything special that you may want to have, add it to your personal shopping list

  • Everyone is responsible for bringing their own water (1.5G/person/day recommended)

Everyone must also bring an extra 3G of water to contribute to our kitchen sink’s water needs

  • Ice is included in camp dues for shared bar ice only

Any ice for personal coolers will need to be purchased and retrieved yourself (or by asking a friend nicely)

  • We have a shared camp shower over an evap pond. To use this shower structure, bring or use a friend’s camp shower bag. These will be able to be tethered and raised up on the structure.

Any water for showering should come from your personal water.

  • Grey water is collected in a barrel in the kitchen, as well as in the evap pond beneath the shower structure.

Any grey water that we have at the end of the week will need to be removed by either (1) waving down a truck at the end of the week or (2) bringing it back home with someone

Option 2 is difficult due to weight, so we’ll likely need to do Option 1 like in the past.

  • Each campmate is responsible for making one meal for everyone in camp, either breakfast or dinner

All other meals will be provided and served by other campmates during the week

Please sign up for a meal shift here: Meals

More on meal expectations later in this guide
